KiwiRail's organisational structure

In July 2008, New Zealand's Labour Government purchased the freight, passenger and mechanical businesses from Toll NZ. In October 2008, the Government owned businesses merged under the New Zealand Railways Corporation (trading as KiwiRail) with the following organisational structure.
