Access and requirements

Newsletter: Drury Rail Stations July 2026

Drury and Paerātā Railway Stations open on Sunday 2 August

Over the past two months, KiwiRail teams and contractors have been working alongside Auckland Transport and
Auckland One Rail to prepare Drury and Paerātā Railway Stations for opening to the public.

We are excited to share that from Sunday 2 August, people in the wider community will be able to travel by train
from either station to Waitematā (Britomart) and beyond.
